The 123Stay Popup Killer and History Eraser Toolbar is an XML based extension for Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows platform that kills popups,erases web surfing history, is a custom favourite link list creator and allows you to search the web for hotels or other keywords. After installation the toolbar allows the user to kill annoying popup ads, keep the system clean by deleting surfing history, allows creation of a favorite link list under "My Links" (kind of like Favourites) menu and search for lodging and other keywords. It also provides a random link to a hotel, a link to the signup page for property owners. It has a owner and guest option -- switch just by selecting the preferred option. Turn history erase functionality off by unchecking the "Clear History" option in the "Options" drop down. Receive popup by clicking on the "Popup Blocked" icon or hold down the CTRL key. Highlight any text on web page and drag and drop it in the text search box to find your keyword. AmeriRes Active Notifier

The AmeriRes Active Notifier is an MSN Messanger style XML based program that notifies users when a new reservation is made for properties or an order has been placed for a lodging supplier or a message has arrived for guests, owners and lodging suppliers. When the message window pops up, simply click on the message to come and login to our site to view the reservation, order or message. The notification window will stay on until you close it or click on the message. It will keep reminding you until you actually view the reservation, the order or the message. You can click on the "A" icon beside your clock to setup your user id and the time interval that you wish the program to check our server for incoming reservations, orders or message.
One program is designed for all types of users. A File Download dialog box will appear asking you to Open or Save the file, click on Open to start the setup program.

AmeriRes Lodging Screen Saver

The AmeriRes Screen Saver program is a free program for download by anyone. The screen saver offers downloads of pictures in the following categories: Beach, Golf, City, Mountain, National Park and Ski. The program rotates the pictures on the screen at a given interval. It also randomly displays the name of the Hotel the picture it is currently displaying of and plays a background music. It is an XML based application that automatically refreshes every half hour and checks for new pictures and updated program and when available, updates them without compromising the identity of the user and retaining complete confidence of the system and the user. This way, when a new hotel joins our site, it automatically gets included in the next update of the screen saver if the picture has been added to the queue.
