Welcome to AmeriRes. An American Reservation Network. The following terms and conditions applies to you whether you're a casual surfer, a guest making a reservation, a hotel owner or a management company representative or a hotel supplier.
AmeriRes provides users with access to a collection of resources, including, various communications tools, forums, shopping services, hotel reservation service, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Service"). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and information geared towards your personal preference. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from AmeriRes, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the AmeriRes Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of AmeriRes membership and you may not be able to opt out of receiving some communications. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that AmeriRes assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
Properties and Hotel Supply stores that are listed on AmeriRes are individually controlled by hotel owners, their agents, hotels suppliers and our profit sharing partners. AmeriRes assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information presented by such third party, including the pictures that represent the individual products and/or services those hotels, their agents, properties or the suppliers selling. Individual hotels that are listed on AmeriRes operate on their own terms and conditions. When you make a reservation with a hotel that is listed on AmeriRes, it is the hotel's responsibility to confirm the reservation with you. The contact information of the hotel is also exposed to you at the time the reservation is made and it is your responsibility to contact the hotel to confirm your reservation. You agree not to hold AmeriRes responsible for missed reservations, mis-representation of information of the hotel and reservations that are not honored by the hotel involved.
When you make a reservation with any of the properties as a guest or when you buy supplies from a hotel supplier, your credit card information along with billing information is provided to the hotel or the supplier involved. You understand and agree not to hold AmeriRes or it's partners and affiliates for any misuse of your credit card and personal data by those hotels and/or suppliers.
If AmeriRes is merged with other companies or is sold to any other company, your information will be transferred to the new company and your information will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the acquiring or merging company. If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you of such change via the e-mail address you leave on our file. Minor changes will be reflected on this page as they are applied.
